Architects and contractors looking for a unique identifier can specify our protective coatings on their residential and commercial projects. A single application of the NanoSkin/Thorasil coating system makes any glass (window panes, balustrades, roofs, doors, shower enclosures, etc) easier to clean. It can also transform exterior glass constructions (canopies, window walls, special glasshouses) and glass of buildings into self-cleaning (in rain). In addition, it provides permanent protection against staining from environmental pollution, deterioration, etching and corrosion. No revitalizer products are needed to maintain the coating’s performance. The latter is highly resistant to UV radiation, abrasion and chemicals.
To make it easier for architects to specify our coating systems in their next project we have developed product guide specifications, either for on-site application of the coating (NanoSkin coating system) or for treating glass in the production line prior to installation (Thorasil coating system). The specifications are written according to the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) 3-Part Format.

LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) is an international green building certification system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council, which certifies that a building has been designed according to sustainable development principles. Our coatings reduce water consumption and aid to the elimination of harmful cleaners. They improve energy efficiency of buildings while reducing cleaning time and maintenance costs.
NanoSkin and Thorasil can be specified for any type of glass (tempered, laminated, low-E glass, sandblasted or acid etched, insulated, curved, tinted) as well as for any type of glazed ceramics, porcelain or vitrified surface. Treated surfaces are ready for handling or shipping just ten minutes after application.
