AutoSkin WS enhances optical clarity of automotive windshields and forms a highly enduring coating which repels rainwater, thus allowing wipers free driving. Coated surfaces become anti-sticking to dirt and oil, therefore cleaning is facilitated.
With the aid of a motorized felt pad AutoSkin can also remove minor scratches.

Τι είναι το σύστημα HyDRoPTM

Το σύστημα HyDRoPTM είναι μια κατοχυρωμένη με δίπλωμα ευρεσιτεχνίας τεχνολογία της BFP. Πρόκειται για ένα καινοτόμο προστατευτικό σύστημα επικάλυψης για γυάλινες επιφάνειες. Το HyDRoPTM συνδυάζει αποτελεσματικά τις ιδιότητες, τόσο ανόργανων όσο και οργανικών υλικών, σε μία αντι-κολλητική (εύκολα καθαριζόμενη) αόρατη επικάλυψη. Η ενεργοποίηση της επιφάνειας προάγει την ανάπτυξη ενός μεγάλου αριθμού ελεύθερων ενεργών κέντρων, επί των οποίων αγκυρώνεται η προστατευτική επικάλυψη. Η τελευταία μοιράζεται ηλεκτρόνια με το υπόστρωμα και τελικά σχηματίζεται ένας μόνιμος ομοιοπολικός δεσμός (ισχύος περίπου 230 Kilo-joule ανά mol) μεταξύ τους. Ως αποτέλεσμα, η επίστρωση παρουσιάζει απαράμιλλη αντοχή σε χημικά, θερμοκρασιακές αλλαγές, υπεριώδη ακτινοβολία και τριβή.

ΤΕΧΝΟΛΟΓΙΑ - ΕΦΑΡΜΟΓΗ

AutoSkin WS is a pioneering, rain repellent protective coating system based on latest generation nanotechnology. It consists of three liquid mixtures, which are applied sequentially. AutoSkin WS  [1] enhances clarity of glass. AutoSkin WS  [2] chemically activates the surface, while AutoSkin WS  [3] is the coating solution. After its application, the surface should be buffed with a clean dry cloth to remove traces of excess liquid, until crystal clear. It will take about 24 hours for the coating to obtain its maximum strength.
AutoSkin WS is applied once and lasts one winter season.
